When it comes to entertaining, I’m a big fan of any and all shortcuts that you can take – well, to be honest, that’s a theme for me in a lot of aspects of my life. These 3-ingredient apple butter bbq cocktail meatballs are so easy. Great for serving friends who’ve come over to watch a football game or for a holiday party.
Most holiday cocktail meatballs are made with cranberry sauce. This twist with apple butter gives these meatballs a unique flavor that’s delicious despite how easy it is to throw together!
You can usually find apple butter at the grocery store, but if you want to make your own, I have a recipe here. I generally like to serve this dish with other appetizers. I called out this recipe as one for 8-10 people, but that’s assuming you have some other things for your guests to eat. You can easily double the recipe if needed!
