These ranch wings are perfect for a Saturday or Sunday Gameday (or both!) This homemade seasoning is a sub for the ranch seasoning packet that many of you might find in the grocery store – a little healthier with some more simple ingredients!
If any of these spices aren’t in your normal kitchen rotation, you can find small samples of spices at most Whole Foods. That’s where I went to get the dill. These such a great option for when you want wings with your family and friends but don’t want to break the calorie bank. Hope you enjoy!
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp dried parsley
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 400º. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel and put the wings in a bowl.
Mix all of the seasonings together in a small bowl. Sprinkle half of the seasoning onto the wings and mix till evenly coated.
Add olive oil and mix wings again till evenly coated. Then add the remainder of the seasoning and mix around a final time.
Grab a sheet pan and cover with tin foil. Then place a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet. Line the wings on the rack so that they’re all evenly spread out.
Place in the oven for 35 min till the wings are nice and crispy.
